SPORTS INJURIES
Sports Injuries Treatment
Sports injuries can affect athletes of all levels and often result from overuse, trauma, or poor biomechanics. Physiotherapy plays a key role in recovery by reducing pain, restoring movement, and enhancing strength, allowing a safe return to sport and activity.
What to Expect in Physiotherapy
Your physiotherapist will assess the injured area, movement patterns, and contributing factors such as muscle imbalances or poor technique. Treatment may include manual therapy, sport-specific rehab exercises, taping, proprioception and balance training, and a guided return-to-sport plan. Education on injury prevention and performance optimization is also provided.
