KNEE PAIN
Knee Pain Treatment
Knee pain can arise from injury, overuse, arthritis, or structural issues, limiting your ability to walk, run, or perform daily activities. Physiotherapy helps reduce pain, restore mobility, and strengthen the muscles around the knee to improve stability and function.
What to Expect in Physiotherapy
Your physiotherapist will assess your knee joint, surrounding muscles, and movement patterns to determine the cause of pain. Treatment may include manual therapy, stretching and strengthening exercises, balance and proprioception training, taping, and advice on activity modification. You’ll also learn strategies to prevent re-injury and promote long-term knee health.
